What is Godowns and Warehouses?
A godown is a clear-span steel storage building: portal or truss frame, sheeted roof and walls, high eaves for racking, and roller-shutter or sliding doors sized for forklift and truck access.
We build single-unit godowns, multi-unit rental godown parks, distribution centres, bonded warehouses, grain and fertiliser stores, and hardware and building-material sheds — with mezzanine offices, loading canopies and roof ventilators as required.
